Prices are in US dollars. Washington sales tax is added as its own line, at the rate for your business location.
Frequently asked questions
Do you guarantee I'll rank #1?
No, nobody honest can guarantee search rankings. We set up your profile, website, categories, and business details correctly so search engines and local customers have accurate information.
Do I need my own domain?
No. You can use a free berrylimeapps.com address, or we can connect your website to your own domain (domain fees are paid directly to the registrar).
When do I pay?
After you've seen the finished work. You see the completed setup first, and pay only if you like it.
What if something's wrong?
Tell us within 14 days of payment and we'll fix it. If we can't, we'll refund you in full, including the sales tax you paid.
Can I cancel Keep it fresh?
Any time. Monthly plans are month to month with no long-term commitment.
Do you write fake reviews?
Never. We never post fake reviews or offer anything in exchange for reviews.
Software
We also build apps for small sales teams and for everyday life. New releases are coming in late 2026. Email us to hear when they're out.
Policies
Refunds
Get Found and Get Found + Website: you pay after you've seen the finished work. If something we delivered doesn't match what we agreed, tell us within 14 days of payment and we'll fix it. If we can't, we'll refund you in full, including the sales tax you paid.
Keep it fresh and other monthly plans: cancel any time and you won't be charged again. Months already paid for aren't refunded, except when we failed to deliver the service that month.

Terms
BerryLime Labs LLC provides the services described above for the prices shown, unless we agree in writing on something else. You confirm you own or can share the business information, photos and accounts you give us. We don't promise any search ranking, and we never post fake reviews or offer anything in exchange for reviews. Websites and listings we set up are yours. Washington law applies.
Privacy
We collect only what you give us to do the work, such as your business details, photos and contact information. We use it to deliver and support our services, and we never sell it. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we don't store card numbers. To see or delete what we hold about you, email support@berrylimeapps.com.
